CMI was engaged on a design assist basis to rejuvenate the appearance and performance of the facade system for this gym space. After a careful survey of existing conditions, CMI proposed a ribbon window system with custom steel brackets and supporting stud wall which allowed for maximum window daylight opening and thermal performance without costly modifications to the existing stone facade.
