CMI supplied and installed a variety of architectural elements for this boutique luxury residential project, which features exterior in-unit swimming pools open to the street side of the building. The front façade incorporates 22′ high dual-span unitized curtain wall panels which were constructed with structural mullions on the outside of the unit to meet the architect’s design intent. CMI was also responsible for the storefront, canopy, glass rails, soffit panels, stick window wall systems for the pool walls, metal rain screen panels, and terrace doors and windows.
