CMI designed, fabricated and installed a custom window wall system for this 45 story tower. Metal rain screen column cover panels were designed to hang off the window wall, eliminating the need for drilling into CMU walls and piercing the AVB. Metal slab covers were designed to hang and fasten into the window receptors. Other works by CMI on this project include curtain walls, terra cotta tiles, sheer wall rain screen panels, louvers, terrace storefronts & doors, exterior waterproofing & insulation, glass handrails. CMI worked with Greg Beeche Logistics to design an exterior vertical transit system which allowed large sized (~6′ x 11′) metal panels to be installed on the tower without the need to bring them inside the building.
