CMI worked closely with the design team on this challenging project to bring the architect’s vision to reality. The core of the exterior wall system is a hybrid curtain wall / window wall system which bypasses every other slab. Decorative elements abound outside of the air/water barrier, including column and slab covers, exterior vertical aluminum columns, perforated copper screens, glass rails, and sliding glass doors opening to glass juliet balcony rails. CMI also installed the storefront system and louver systems.
