Tilles Building #2

A recent project in which CMI provided a unitized pre-glazed curtainwall to enclose the building much faster than a traditional “stick” system. To avoid coordination issues, CMI installed the embed anchors before the concrete pours, thus assuring their correct placement. The fact that there was not one mis-located insert meant a smooth and efficient installation of the curtainwall panels and a remarkably fast “close-up” of the building. This in turn allowed interior trades to start sooner so that the owner could bring tenants into the building.
